The views are always spectatcular in this country, with mountains for days, and it so interesting to drive through the various cities, villages and small towns along the way.
I start classes on monday and Im super excited to finally understand the things that I pretend to understand as my host mother speaks.
It was very refreshing to leave Quito for the first time since my arrival.
It´s not the beefiest of animals, so it was difficult to savor large chunks of its meaty goodness, but it was tasty none the less.
